Among the places Gene and Peggy have presented storytelling workshops are the Texas Storytelling Festival, Texas Storytelling Conference, National Storytelling Conference, Richland College Emeritus Program, and Texans for Peace Conference.
Dedicated to promoting healing storytelling, Gene and Peggy present programs weekly at Homeward Bound, a Dallas drug and alcohol treatment facility. They also present  programs annually to the CHANGE program and Camp HOPE at FMC Carswell Federal Bureau of Prisons in Fort Worth.  Peggy also shares stories with incarcerated women at the Dallas County Jail through Resolana.  Gene and Peggy have also done storytelling programs at a Texas Department of Corrections Unit and Genesis Women's Shelter.
